To ensure that our clients vision is realized in a responsible manner JBMP employs a team approach with the client being the most important part of that team.
Architecture

We strive to design in all vernaculars not specializing in any one style, looking at every client, property and design as a unique solution to a unique set of questions.

INTERIOR DESIGN
We consider Interior Architecture as important as the Exterior and strive to create holistic designs where the solutions compliment each other. Our Interior staff are architecturally trained and are involved in the design process from inception and ensure that the end product is fully coordinated and will exceed our clients expectations.
Master Planning
In looking at the design of your project JBMP will consider the entire property from property line to property line, coordinating Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering and any other design disciplines that are required in the execution of your project.
Working with state of the art 2d & 3d design software JBMP can bring your design to life digitally long before breaking ground.
Feasibility Studies
When considering purchasing a property JBMP provides feasibility studies to existing or potential clients as well as the Real Estate community. These studies can ascertain the potential of a property, determining what exactly can be built as well as uncovering any restrictions. We can provide information on both new projects and renovations and give a potential buyer a level of comfort as to what can and cant be built before they purchase a property. We can also provide this service for a property owners looking to sell which they can include in determining the value of their property and include in the marketing material.
